Hispanic Magazine, Hispanic Trends and Hispanic Online “Coming of Age”
MIAMI, FLORIDA, December 1, 2005 - Editorial Televisa, the largest Hispanic
publishing company in the world, and its affiliate Hispanic Publishing Associates,
publishers of Hispanic Magazine, Hispanic Trends and Hispanic Online
announced today their exclusive agreement with Page One Media to produce the
content for these magazines and the online property.
The agreement between Editorial Televisa and Page One Media is to streamline
operations, while leveraging the experience of the Page One Media team. Page
One Media’s mandate will be to broaden the appeal of Hispanic Magazine,
Hispanic Trends and Hispanic Online with its current consumers, and the young
professional Hispanic American generation that is currently flourishing and
growing with tremendous speed.

oversee editorial production and Adrian Saravia will be Creative Director of

LOFT Magazine obtains Gold Award for Best Lifestyle Publication in New York City
LOFT Magazine Awarded Best Lifestyle Publication at 2005 Eddie Awards in NYC
On November 02, 2005, LOFT Magazine received the Gold Award for Best Lifestyle
Publication in the 2005 Eddie Awards. The winners were announced at the prestigious
Folio Show Gala in New York City. Over 450 publications competed for the coveted
Eddie Awards. Second and third place went to Intelligent Life and Elite Traveler
respectively.
"A lot of hard work and dedication went into every issue we published," said Alberto Chehebar, LOFT's former editor. LOFT, formerly owned by Zoom Media, was recently acquired by Page One Media. The magazine will resume circulation in 2006 and will launch special editions in Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
Page One Media, a Miami-based company was founded in September of this year by Isaac Lee, the company's Chairman and editor-in-chief. Adrian Saravia, Page One Media's creative director and Daniel Eilemberg, LOFT's Executive Editor will be part of the new incarnation of the magazine. Juan Rendon, who was a founder and editor of LOFT magazine and critical for the success of the magazine, will chair the editorial committee.

La revista LOFT es galardonada con el premio a Mejor Revista de Estilo de Vida en los Premios Eddie 2005 en Nueva York
El pasado 2 de noviembre, la revista LOFT recibió el Premio de Oro en
la categoría de Estilo de Vida en los Premios Eddie 2005. Los ganadores
fueron anunciados en la prestigiosa gala del Folio Show en Nueva York. Más
de 450 publicaciones compitieron por los aclamados Premios Eddie. El Segundo

Revistas Poder y Loft son adquiridas por firma integrada por ex empleados
Los empleados compraron las marcas de revistas Poder y Loft
Los medios masivos dirigidos a lectores del continente toman un nuevo aire.
Las marcas Poder y Loft fueron adquiridas por Page One Media, firma constituida
por los ex empleados de Zoom Media Group (ZMG), el antiguo dueño de esas
publicaciones.
Poder es una revista mensual de negocios y Loft una revista de moda masculina. Page One Media es ahora la dueña de esas marcas en E.U., México, Centroamérica y Suramérica.
Las marcas fueron adquiridas a un fideicomiso de los acreedores de Zoom Media Group.
Page One Media prevé relanzar Poder en Chile en el primer trimestre del 2006 y en Colombia antes de finalizar el presente año.
Poder es publicada en México bajo un acuerdo con Editorial Televisa.
Se estableció que la edición de la revista en Estados Unidos parecerá este mes con un especial sobre los 100 hispanos más poderosos de ese país.
Como presidente y editor en jefe de Page One Media fue nombrado Isaac Lee; como directora editorial de la división hispana y editora de Poder E.U., Cathleen Farrel; como director editorial y editor de Poder México, el colombiano José Fernando López. PODER, LOFT Magazines Acquired by Page One Media
MIAMI Nov. 7, 2005
PODER and LOFT magazine brands have been acquired by content provider Page One Media. The titles, formerly owned by the now-defunct Zoom Media Group, were bought by Page One Tuesday, November 01, 2005, from the trustee overseeing the liquidation of Zoom Media.
Page One Media now owns the trademark for both titles throughout the Americas (the U.S., Mexico, Central and South America).
Page One will launch PODER in Chile in the first quarter of '06 and in Colombia before the year ends. PODER is currently published biweekly in Mexico.
PODER (U.S.) will resume publication this month with the special edition of the 100 most powerful Hispanics in the U.S. LOFT's publishing schedule will be determined in '06.
The PODER Business forum and the PODER-BCG business awards, will take place for the fourth time in Miami the 28th of April 2006.
Page One Media, a Miami-based company, was founded in September of this year by several ex-employees of Zoom Media Group's editorial division. Isaac Lee is the company's Chairman and editor-in-chief, Jose Fernando Lopez is editorial director and Editor of PODER in Mexico, Cathleen Farrell is editorial director of Page One's Hispanic division and Editor of PODER US, and Adrian Saravia is Page One Media's creative director.
